Our team has about 30 members, who all live close to Hattenhofen, and are very rooted in our county.

Achivements of our staff
In 2009, Brigitte Robeller was the winner of the guild as shop assistant of meat products.
She was trained in our butcher shop and still works for us.
Matthias Jung is our new master craftman butcher. He has worked for us for 8 years and knows all our products and recipes by heart. He manages our butchery and his priority is the constant high quality of our products.
